All orders have a processing time of 2-4 business days. This includes expedited shipping orders, domestic orders and international orders.
Orders are processed and shipped during standard business days (Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM EST.). Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email and/or by SMS. Your shipping confirmation will include your tracking number, however, your tracking information may take up to 1-2 business days before beginning to update.

Expedited shipping rates and delivery dates are calculated for you at checkout, delivery dates are based on business days- weekend delivery is not available. FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

The mail carrier will deliver the package to your mailbox if it fits. If the package does not fit inside your mailbox, the carrier will leave the package at your door (if secure), a parcel locker, with a neighbor, or if applicable, with the front desk staff (e.g., business address, apartment complex, etc.).

Using the Your Moon Phase calculator, please select the Month, Day, Year and region of your special date, and then click on "Discover Your Moon Phase" to see the phase of the moon on your special day and the products available for that moon phase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. In order to qualify, products must be in their original packaging, be unaltered and undamaged. We do not cover return shipping costs. Depending on the item and the condition of your return, we may deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% from your refund.
Most returns take approximately 5-10 business days to arrive at our distribution center. Once received, the return must be inspected and processed into inventory. Once processed, we will complete your refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (the method used to complete your order). Once Your Moon Phase issues your, it is your credit/debit card company that will determine the date your refund will post to your account. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company.
Delivery Issues(return to sender or otherwise undeliverable packages).
Once your package ships, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. If your package has been missing for 2 or more weeks, please contact our customer support department for assistance. If we receive your package returned due to a delivery/address error, we will contact you within 5-7 business days for a redelivery solution. If we are unable to reach you, we will refund the order, less shipping costs, and restocking fees (if applicable). For more information, please contact customer support for more information.
