Business Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm est.

All orders have a current processing time of 1 - 3 business days.

Once the orders are processed, we will ship to the address provided on the order. Please confirm the shipping address before submitting the order. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Tracking is included with each order.

Please note that orders $150+ will be shipped with signature required, there will be no exceptions to this rule. We do this to protect packages from going missing, being wrongly delivered or getting stolen. 

Once your package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal office. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen and undeliverable packages. If you package has been missing for 3 weeks, please contact our customer service team with your name and order number.

If a package is returned to our facilities, we will contact you for a solution. If we do not hear back from you within 7 business days, the order will automatically be refunded with the deduction of shipping costs.

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped through USPS International mail service. Orders will be shipped withing 1-3 business days of the order being places, shipping can take 10-16. At this time we do not offer expedited international shipping.

UPS Expedited Shipping (US Only):

We do offer expedited shipping through UPS for an extra shipping fee, our processing time of 1-3 business days still applies. Orders placed after 8am EST will be processed the following day.

UPS Ground: $8 and takes 1-5 business days, depending on shipping location, for the order to be received once it is shipped. Contact us for an estimated delivery date.

UPS Second Day: $20 and takes 2-3 business days, depending on shipping location, for the order to be received once it is shipped. Contact us for an estimated delivery date.

UPS Overnight: $45 and takes 1-2 business days, depending on shipping location, for the order to be received once it is shipped. Contact us for an estimated delivery date.

Ordering:

Please select the Month, Day and Year then select "Show Me My Moon" to see the phase of the moon and the products available for that phase.

Order Changes:

Since our processing time is 1-3 business days, order changes must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be guaranteed.

Coupon Codes:

Coupon codes must be entered at the time of the order, during the promotional time period. Coupon codes cannot be applied after the order has been placed. Only one code may be applied per order.

Return/Refund Policies:

Your order can be returned up to 30 days after receiving the package. Your Moon Phase  does not cover return shipping costs; shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Once your return is received and inspected at the Distribution Center (usually within 3 days of receipt) your refund will be processed within 7 days. Refunds will not be granted after the 30 day return period, unless otherwise noted. Please note once Your Moon Phase initiates the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

Altered or resized jewelry are note eligible for returns.
